The content on this website is general information about appliance problems and our services. It is not a guarantee that a specific repair will solve a specific problem.

Repair tips are for safe, simple checks only. Do not open appliances, work on gas lines or handle high voltage parts yourself. If you smell gas, leave the home and call your gas utility.

Appointments

Same day service depends on availability, location and parts. Arrival windows are estimates.

We explain the diagnosis and the work needed before any repair is carried out, and you decide whether to go ahead.

Parts and workmanship

Repairs use new replacement parts suitable for your appliance. Any warranty on parts or labor is explained at the time of service.

Some parts for older appliances may no longer be available. We will tell you if that is the case.

Brands and trademarks

We are an independent repair company. We are not an authorized service center for, affiliated with or endorsed by any appliance manufacturer. Brand names on this site belong to their owners and are used only to describe the appliances we repair.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses such as spoiled food or water damage that existed before our visit or arises from problems outside the work we performed.
