Information we collect

When you call us or send a repair request, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email, address or town, and information about your appliance.

When you visit the website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, to keep the site secure and working.

How we use information

To schedule and complete your repair, contact you about your appointment and answer your questions.

To keep the website secure, prevent abuse and understand which pages are useful.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Repair request form

The repair request form on our contact page opens your own email app with your details filled in. Nothing is stored on our website when you use it; the information reaches us only if you send the email.

Cookies and third party services

The public website does not use advertising cookies. Pages with an embedded Google Map load content from Google, which may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy.

Links to other websites, such as Google Business Profile, are covered by those websites' own policies.

How long we keep information

We keep job and contact records only as long as needed to provide service, handle warranty questions and meet legal or tax requirements.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it when we no longer need it for the purposes above.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date below shows when it last changed.
