For Vendors
Are you interested in showcasing your business at one of the hottest summer festivals in southeastern MN? Thursdays Downtown offers a fantastic platform for vendors to engage with the community. Here are some key details:
Application Last Date: January 30th – March 31st, 2025
- Apply Online: Thursdays Downtown Vendor Application
Vendor Types: Options available for Artisan, Baked Goods, Farmer’s Market vendors, and Food & Beverage providers. SSD (Special Service District) businesses receive discounted rates.
Vendor Guidelines: Detailed information including dates, deadlines, pricing, and market rules can be found in the respective Vendor Handbooks (Artisan, Baked Goods and Farmer’s Market and Food & Beverage Vendor Handbook Contract 2025).
Vendor Setup: All vendors operate out of a 10’ x 10’ space.
Pro Tip: Review the 2025 Event Map and view vendor stall events to choose your stall location in advance.
Vendor Parking in Downtown Rochester
Parking is a critical part of event planning, and vendors are responsible for their own parking arrangements. Here’s what you need to know:
- Direct Coordination: Contact SP+ at 507-282-4545 for parking arrangements.
- Parking Options: A variety of parking options for vehicles, trailers, and oversized vehicles are available downtown. Visit rochesterparking.com for more details.
- Event Guidelines: To maximize vendor space, no vehicles or trailers are allowed to remain within the market area or behind booth spaces and only select food/beverage trailers are permitted.
Pro Tips: As a Rochester Resident, Minnesota summers can be unpredictable so please bring sunscreen, hats, or a light jacket.
For Performers
- Fill out our Entertainment Interest Form to tell us about your band or act.
- Include your band’s contact info, website, and social media links (if you don’t have one, just write “NA”).
- Upload your stage plot and share a link to your Electronic Press Kit (EPK).
- Let us know what type of entertainment you offer (for example, if you’re a Rochester area act, Minnesota act, Midwest act, or something else) and add any extra comments you feel are important.
- Filling out the form does not guarantee that you will be selected to perform.
- Every submission is reviewed carefully, and if you’re chosen, you will be notified before March 14, 2025.
- If selected, you must complete a W9 form to confirm your booking.
